... or 7 years, which ever comes first.When it comes to a timing belt, "running well" doesn"t mean much. The van may run very well right up until the belt goes "POP!". After that, it won"t be running very well...errr...I mean...it won"t be running at all and major internal damage may have occurred.

160,000KMS is when your change would occur or earlier (whichever is first 7yrs or 160k kms)You can run slightly longer but I would not advise it and you are running on a timing belt, not a chain.
